Hmm that can only mean one thing. Your email address has already been used to open an account.

Have you created a Get Satisfaction account in the past?

To find out you can use the forgot password form here
http://getsatisfaction.com/sessions/new

Type in the email address you tried to sign up with. If the email address has been email you instructions on how to create a new password. If not it will tell you that the email address is not registered (If it's not registered that means there is a bigger issue.)

Please try that out and let us know what happens.
