The slide show was also set to advance the slides automatically. After uploading the file, it was convered into a plain PowerPoint which had to be advanced manually, and the music was missing. Can someone tell me what I did wrong, or is it not possible to upload a file with animation and sound? Thanks!" in SlideShare:
hello, Also i wonder about triggered actins, such as activating an animation in an object when you click on another. this does not seem to work..aswell aslinks to a specific slide does not work, any advice as to why? is there any way to make the internal links to a specific slide number or "next /previous slide" hyperlinks in the slide itself work?.
when published, the object thayt has the hyperlink highlights properly on mouseover, but whenI click it it does not direct you to anywhere.
an on the other hand, links to external URLS do work... I wonder if I am oing something incorrectly, but I dont intend for my users to download the slide, i want them to be able to see it online.with all my animations, actions, links and sounds.. do you know if this is possible? btw, thanks for sharining information abou other different sites :) best wishes.

using url and page number seems to work, but it is not internal linking, it causes the whole page and the whole presentation to reaload all over again every time you use such a link, right?
So, if you have a presentations with multiple links between pages, basically, a button navigation system, then using url/pagenumber is very inefficient as it reloads the whole slideshare.com webpage intead of just linking to the appropriate slide in the flash.
besides, one would need to publish first and then include the hyperlinks (or action) in powerpoint pointing to a slideshare url, instead of pointing to an internal link in the presentation. So...is there any way to make the internal links to a specific slide number or "next /previous slide" work?.
when published, the object thayt has the hyperlink highlights properly on mouseover, but whenI click it it does not direct you to anywhere.
If slideshare does not suport thism do you know of a web 2.0 service that supports it?-
