Thank you for the follow-up, Mark. No need to call me - just please ask them to look at the connection between pos-0-14-0-0-cr01.chicago.il.ibone.comcast.net and te-9-2-ar02.area4.il.chicago.comcast.net -- it's consistently lossy. Either there's some bad equipment there, or that circuit is way overprovisioned. It's murder on UDP services like Skype and Second Life.

I am sorry for all your troubles.
Let me reach out to my contacts so that we can look into this. Also, what is your best contact number? We will contact you tomorrow for an update and to gather more information.

Testtest asked a question in Comcast on July 23, 2008 22:04:
Any way to reach Comcast NOC instead of having another pointless truck roll?Is there any way to reach Comcast's NOC instead of getting pointless technician visits? When I see >25% packet loss inside Comcast's network using an *inbound* mtr, Comcast always wants to send people to diagnose my cablemodem. This is a pointless waste of my time and doesn't solve the problem.
Comcast needs to look at te-9-2-ar02.area4.il.chicago.comcast.net - not my bedroom.
