It is interesting that this problem has occurred again! The last time was 3 months ago and Sunbelt employee Jamie Hudson gave this undertaking:

"Good Morning everyone,

I completely understand your worries and frustrations with what happened and I want to ensure all of you that this will not happen again. Our internal processes have been examined and we will be releasing definition updates daily. I apologize for what has happened and for the frustrations this has caused all of you."

Some promise, eh??!!

I have exactly the same problem with CounterSpy version 3.1.2315. I get an icon in the systems tray telling me that my risk definitions are out of date (same version, 2210). However, when I try to update the definitions I get a message telling me they are out of date but the update is not downloaded.

What is going on Sunbelt?
