For some reason triathlontrainingblog.com is not a site associated with your username in our system.
Try logging in to Triggit and choosing the My Report Tab. From here choose the My Sites tab, and add your site (triathlontrainingblog.com) there. Usually your first site is added automatically when you sign-up, so not sure what happened there, but give it a go and let me know if that works.
You can get ahold of me direct at sck@triggit.com as well if you have any further questions!
Thanks.

I am trying out Triggit. I am running wordpress 2.3.2 on my own server. I have the code placed after the <body> tag in my header template, and also in the wp-admin header template.
If I try to login to triggit while simply viewing the post, the login screen just hangs and never does anything. This error is in my error console:
Error: [Exception... "Cannot convert WrappedNative to function" nsresult: "0x8057000d (NS_ERROR_XPC_CANT_CONVERT_WN_TO_FUN)" location: "JS frame :: http://triggit.com/tool/javascripts/j... :: anonymous :: line 1" data: no]
Source File: http://triggit.com/tool/javascripts/j...
Line: 1
When I try to login while in the write/edit post screens (blog admin), I get the Login Failed: Have you placed your Javascript on this site?" error. I have upgraded to the latest firefox 2.0.0.12.
Any ideas? site is at www.triathlontrainingblog.com </body>

I keep getting Login Failed: Have you placed your Javascript on this site? I've tried placing it in the header, footer, post, and index templates. I think the problem is that there are no opening and closing body tags in any of those templates. Seems weird, but i'm clueless when it comes to html/css. I even stuck the code in those templates with an opening and closing body tag and it still gives me that error.

I really did read/watch the info. Just missed the correct order. Now it works. Two questions:
(1) It says, "pending." in red next to the link. What does that mean and how do I get it to take action.
(2) If I can just add this on the blog page itself, what is to keep others from adding links to my page?
I suspect the two are related somehow. What did I miss?

Hmm. I just went to your website and I was able to open the tool bar there. Are you using an up to date Firefox browser? Feel free to email me at zcoelius@triggit.com is you are still having problems

For some reason, when I click on the Triggit (Im logged in), the toolbar does not show up on my website. I had success with it before but now it works for any other website that I go to but not mine.
Can someone please please help me ASAP. I really need to know why this is happening. I have some links I need to as and I don't know what to do. my site is http://www.beautyflyonline.com

If I go to the "Write Page" or "Manage Posts" pages, I do get the menus. I set my preferences, but still can't create links. If I select text in the post code, then click on "Add Triggit" and "Amazon" and then any of the options, I get the message "Please select some text" on the side of the Triggit menu. This happens when I DO have text selected.
AlphaSmith replied on February 12, 2008 01:51 to the question "Wordpress code placement?" in Triggit:
Now I don't get the error code. Triggit loads into the toolbar, but it still doesn't work. If I roll over the "add triggit" or the "preferences" menu items, they do highlight, but no menu appears below them (as per the video) and clicking them does nothing.
If/when this works, do you make these additions on the "Write Page" page in WordPress?

It turns out that there was a bug in our system that caused the error "login failed: Have you placed your Javascript on this site?" to happen even when it should not have. Our bad. Sorry. It looks like we have fixed it though. Try logging in again and see what happen. Please let us know if it works or not.
Thanks-

My blogs are in WordPress, hosted on our own server. I placed the code in the header.php file as per the post above. When I try to use Triggit, I get this:
Login Failed: Have you placed your Javascript on this site?
I tried to use it in both the "write post" screen and also on the public post itself (where the header loads). Same error.
