    What's with the Credit Card billiing nonsense?
    Here's what I'm trying to figure out. I have had cell phone service with Verizon for 8 years, and have never once missed or was even late with a single payment while they were sending me paper bills monthly. I just recently bought my first home and bundled my cell service with Fios internet service, and now since I don't have home phone service, they have to bill my credit card instead sending me a bill every month, despite having a perfect payment record from my 8 years of cell phone service.

    I really do not like this practice because I just don't trust giving them the authority to bill me this way. As predicted, they screwed up my first months bill and it took numerous hours on the phone to get it corrected. This is such a scam to get people to buy a service that is dying in home phone service. This practice has to be illegal on some level.

    And on another note, I'm sick of them pushing Fios on me. The first time I called about my screwed up bill, the first thing the CS rep did was try to sell me phone and TV service, before even finding out why I was calling. And I get something in the mail from them every freaking day about Fios. I AM ALREADY A CUSTOMER!!! Oh, and I still can't view my One-bill online after 3 months of service. Looks like I'll be calling these idiots again. I'm going to try going to a Wireless store first, because I really can't stand talking to these morons they have on the phone.
