Would love to see this come in as an option. There is always people you don't want stalking you but at the same time there is always plenty of corporate twitter accounts that just aren't ever going to request to follow you... like entering compitions or sending feedback.

Plan B is to allow users to manually add approvals for other accounts rather than them having to request.
