ok thanks for the info, i just tried uploading using firefox. the interface loads, but nothing shows up in the interface, just blank panels. i'll just use windows :( to upload, but hope u can get it working. let me know if you need any more info on my configuration. good luck. (btw im sure this problem affects all of like 1% of all computer users, so thanks for the time.

sorry, looking at my post i was quite vauge. btw thanks for the fast response, i am pleasantly surprised by the level of service, and totally wasn't expecting an actual human response : )
anyways. i run Ubuntu 9.10 (in other words, linux) and i use google chrome, dev (unstable) build. Obviously, a linux user running an unstable browser cannot expect to have a perfect experience, and i can understand if you aren't willing to provide support for this. i will also try firefox, and if all else fails, i can use my secondary install for windows. btw, what happened to sharkbyte? is there eventually going to be another downloadable app?

also, make sure to include linux support, i cannot upload at all from my linux machine (yes i have java/flash/every plugin imaginable installed). "designing a more stable version" does that mean a downloadable app, or another embedded thing? great site btw, just wish i could upload :(
