Wouldn't mind an answer to this too (although I'm using IE, so looks like the problem is universal). Am surprised by the no. of people claiming to love this program as I can't even load the discover home page using the 'hint url' given by Discover (which is kind of a problem)

Nor me, can't get anywhere with this app as the Hint URL is the only advice I have or can find and that doesn't work - just brings up a search engine's query page about 198.162. .....

It is the hint that's supposed to indicate what url to use in your browser (but actually I've tried for weeks to get this app to work using the specific URL it says and always get an unknown page in my browser - never got the Discover Home page once).
