Add a Trip to my "Planned Trips" Ahead of TimeI would like to plan trips in advance, and search Gowalla before I go. This lets me know the spots and trips to visit ahead of time based on users who have checked in and commented. I usually only spend short spurts of time in a city, so I need to plan ahead to see and do it all.
If I could some how add a trip to my "planned trips" from my computer or phone, I would know what path to follow when I got there.
theferf replied on October 27, 2009 02:12 to the question "How does one create trips in Gowalla?" in Gowalla:
+1 on creating trips from the iPhone as you go! However, I would love to plan trips in advance too (from desktop) so I make sure I hit all my spots without forgetting. Then, if I am traveling in a pack of people through a city (like san francisco), we can follow the same path and know who has been there in my group to know if we should meet up.
Spots are awesome, but trips make visiting a new location in a day or weekend an easy hit list... now we just need to be able to create our own :P

Get Definitions for Health Insurance TermsInsurance terms can be just as complicated to understand as medical or health condition terms. ASKch should allow people to 'define eob' to get instant insurance definitions too.

Hook Twitter Accont to change:healthcare AccountIt would be neat if you could put hook your twitter account to your change:healthcare account. that way, the ASKch service would know my zipcode and could give me specific information and costs to my neighborhood without any effort from me

Find the Cheapest Pharmacy in Your Area for Your DrugBeing able to find the cheapest pharmacy (for a particular drug) by zip code. For example, you are at the doctor, have a script for an antibiotic (or any other med that you'll only use once) and can find the best place to fill it proactively (without going home to search the site).
Being able to use it for the decision making process would be awesome!

Let People Spell Things WrongHealth terms and prescriptions are hard to spell. Expanding the search logic like you did on the web site ... if you can't spell amoxicilian (which I obviously can't!) but get close, it will find it for you. Or when you ask for ALS, it has the intelligence to know the "medical name".

Use Layman Terms and AbbreviationsIt would be cool if the service did not require specific medical terms to get definitions back. So for Amblyopia, you should accept "lazy eye" and for "Coronary Arterial Bypass Graph", you should accept "heart attack" "coronary" "open heart surgery" "the big one", etc.-

Auto Post a Dot to My BlogTwitter and Facebook are great distribution spots, but it would be super sexy if you could post a dot and have it auto post to your blog as well. Considering many people will put a lot of effort into a dot to reference, link to posts, add images, etc... it seems like they may want to distribute the content more widely on their blog, too.

Thanks for the feedback, and this is something we are definitely working on! Our mantra here at change:healthcare is "1. Help people save money and 2. Teach them how to make better decisions".
We will be integrating the help section as a learning center throughout the entire site in the coming months.
Keep the suggestions coming!
