I also had to install
firefox-3.5-gnome-support
which for some reason was not enabled by default nor listed as a dependency for Shiretoko/Firefox 3.5
This solved my problem!

With Ubiquity 0.1.5, I have lost all commands including the default ones. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, no luck. This sucks! I had a bunch of my own custom commands too; all gone. I can't waste time on that if every update is going to wipe all my commands!

I have this problem too. My key board shortcut is the default CNTR+SPACE. Also, all my subscribed command feeds are gone. I don't have any at all now. I will try uninstalling, then re-installing. This sucks. Every time Ubiquity updates, I lose all my commands.

It would be more user-friendly to open the Command-list in the Sidebar. Actually, even more user friendly to open it in the Ubiquity command box itself. That way you could arrow down to the command you want. Meanwhile, I simply bookmarked it and in Properties select 'open in sidebar.'

I also am a little confused as to why Ubiquity has a command which lets you syntax-highlight selected text, but then the command editor doesn't? That seems odd. Also, I wonder why there is no provision to 'save as draft.' Maybe I'm asking a bit much? But it seems like it would be a useful feature. Maybe it could be an optional plug-in for those who want it? Or maybe it could interface with the DOM inspector, Firebug, or Web Developer extensions? That way you could add the functionality without making the core product too bloated?
