Counterspy dosnt list the risks since they may be something that you actually need. It will only list it if its associated with one of the known threats in the definitions. If you want to know what exactly these keys are, you can get a registry cleaner that will list out unassociated keys. They are probably left over from programs that you uninstalled from your computer.

CounterSpy may be detecting unassiociated registry keys, but they are not any one threat in particular, just a risk since they are unknown.
