Yes, I mean that i find tweets 1 month and a half old. Well, I can submit the url, but how can I be sure that they are all? Couldn't they do a database sync or something like that?
At least they could have answered me with "provide more info". They haven't.

Why doesn't support reply to bug reports?

I reported a bug of the search engine on december the 9. It's quite worrying, because the twitter search engine finds event the tweets that I've deleted. Now, today more tan two weeks are gone and no-one answered me at all. Neither a "we're working on it", no: nothing!
Now, what should I do in order to obtain a reply for my bug (at least I should know that they read the report!).
