Hi Trey. The problem I'm having isn't with the slide show but with the album itself. When I upload pictures, I noticed that the order is all jumbled. When I try to reorganize using either chronological order or reverse the pictures resort in a totally random order. I have to manually put the pictures in the order in which they were uploaded.

I just uploaded 56 photos and they are in a completely random order. I've tried reverse chronological order and chronological order but nothing works to put the photos in the order in which they were uploaded. Using the custom feature to try to put the photos in order is very tedious and frustrating. HELP!!!!

crop profile picture

Hello. It would be great if we could crop our profile pictures. There are a few pictures I wanted to post but when I used it as a profile picture the head is cut off etc. If we had the ability to crop a photo to fit the "box" that would be great!

UUURGGGGHHH!!! The navigate album feature is still not working. It only flips between the first two pictures ..... that's it! Help!

title on photos

Help! How can I change the title on the photos? There was an error in downloading the photos so instead of bringing up the page where you can change the title, add a description etc. the photos were just placed in the unsorted set. Now when I bring up the photos it has the picture number (IMG_145 etc.) on the picture and it looks awful. I don't want to delete all the photos and upload them again - this is what I have done in the past when this happens. Any suggestions?

Hi Michael. I have tried both profile types and I do prefer social tile. With the social tile I get a snapshot of my daughter's life. I like logging on and seeing past comments, videos, friends. It also reminds me to update new favorites or journal entries. For me, social tile is definitely the view I like most!!!!

With the blog like view, entries are soon forgotten. Friends and family that haven't logged on to see Riley's profile for awhile don't get the whole "view" of her life.....does that make sense? They need to scroll back through pages to catch up but with social tile it's all right there.

My only suggestion would be to have a way to add a comment to a wall post that someone has posted....other than that, I can't think of anything else.

I am really enjoying my totspot experience and so are all our friends and family. Thank you so much for being so helpful!!!!

Hi Michael. On my activity feed only comments posted to my daughter's wall post twice. BUT, on my husband's activity feed, everything posts twice.....pictures I have posted, new firsts, comments.....everything! It looks like this has been happening for almost two weeks.

Anyway we can add half inches to "past" growth values. This feature works for all new growth values but not ones already added that we want to correct.
