@agly Thanks for the post. I didnt release that you could show completed tasks with the new Smart Group create/edit feature. I fixed the "bug" and it will be in the next release.
Quick note. You may want to add the line as shown below to your "Today's" smart group. Also you can now create your own "Completed Today" smart group.
allan replied on October 01, 2008 20:34 to the problem "Updating Dejumble for mac resets my task list (erasing my entire task list)." in Thinking Code Software Inc.:
The "intro page" is set to show up for each new update, however you should NOT be losing previous data. Has anyone else experienced this?
Have you quit and restarted Dejumble without an update. If the tasks disappear even without an update it looks like your data is not getting saved.
If data is not getting saved between restarts, you may have a corrupted task data library. To fix that remove the file "dejumble_runtime.xml" located at...
"Your Home Folder"/Library/Application Support/Dejumble
Also remove the file "com.thinkingcode.Dejumble.plist" located at...
"Your Home Folder"/Library/Preferences

Dejumble sync and mac's built in firewall. If you have your Mac's built in firewall enabled, you will need to add Dejumble to the list of allowed applications in order to signup and sync.
To add Dejumble to the list of allowed Application...
1) Click on the "Apple" in the top left of the menu bar.
2) Select "System Preferences..." from the menu.
3) Click on the "Security" option.
4) Click on the "Firewall" tab.
5) If the list item "Set access for specific services and applications" is selected...
6) Click on the "+" button under the list of services/apps.
7) Locate the "Dejumble" application then click on "Add".
8) Relaunch Dejumble.
allan replied on October 01, 2008 02:08 to the question "Iphone and mac sync problems" in Thinking Code Software Inc.:
Yeah, I traced down the issue you were facing. Looks like it was a bug in the iPhone version (1.2.0). I have corrected it and submitted it to Apple. The upside is it will sync your older (pre sync) tasks, downside is... when will it shows up on the App Store...
Hopefully this version will show up within a week.
Sorry about the inconvenience.

Dejumble 1.2.b19.1 - Adds preliminary support for manual reordering of tasks. To customize the order of tasks, click and drag a task around the list. You can switch between the internal sort mode and the new custom mode by clicking on "More" then selecting the appropriate option.
Current Issues
- Dragging tasks between groups only moves the task to top/bottom of its group. This function will move the tasks to the new Group in the future.
- Toggling between "Group" and non group mode may not show the tasks in the planned arrangement.
- The custom arrangement does not currently synchronize to the iPhone. This will be in a upcoming iPhone update.

We have just released a new version of Dejumble for Mac (1.2.b18) that addresses some sync and signup issues.
Try the following steps...
1) Make sure you have the latest version (1.2.b18) (Dejumble -> Check for Updates...)
2) Quit Dejumble.
3) Remove the file com.thinkingcode.Dejumble.plist" located at "HomeFolder/Library/Preferences"
4) Remove the file "dejumble_runtime.xml" located at "HomeFolder/Library/Application Support/Dejumble"
5) Create a new account.
6) Once created, enter new account details on Dejumble for iPhone.
Hope this helps (sorry that its a bit cumbersome).
