Hmm... This one I have not heard before.
Here is a suggestion, make sure you have backed up your iPhone with iTunes, and Dejumble show's up in iTunes' Application folder. After that remove Dejumble from your iPhone (Hold down on it in the home screen then when wiggly hit the x). Now re-sync your iPhone with iTunes.
If the problem persists, we have an update to Dejumble that should be out any moment as it has been submitted to Apple almost a week ago. Upon updating the problem should be remedied.

If you get the error:
"An error occured while attempting to signup", best thing to do is try and sign up in a couple minutes.
The issue could also be with any internal firewalls in place. Dejumble communicates over port 5222. Currently the beta signup process communicates over port 9091, this may be closed by any firewall in place. This is a temporary port for the beta builds, and eventually will use the standard (typically always open) port 80/443.
iPhone update with sync has not been publicly released yet.
allan replied on August 29, 2008 16:42 to the problem "How can I delete ALL Dejumble data" in Thinking Code Software Inc.:
This is really strange... The only file that holds data for Dejumble is the dejumble_runtime.xml. And as you have said you have deleted that repeatedly. I hope I'm not stating what has already been tried, but make sure Dejumble is not running when removing any files. Also if you open up Mail.app you can have a look at all your iCal tasks. Sometimes Mail.app keeps around tasks/groups that don't show up in iCal. Look through the list to see if any tasks that are out of place (no calendar entry).
Have you also deleted Dejumble's preference files?
(/Home/Library/Preferences/com.thinkingcode.Dejumble.plist)
After everything has been deleted, launch up Dejumble and remove the default group "My Tasks", then hit "COMMAND-S" to save any changes. After its gone, go to "iCal Sync" and sync each group separately. After each has been synced, Quit and restart Dejumble. You should not have to hit the "Sync!" button again, as it should stay automatically synced.

If Dejumble does not sync, it is most likely because the account was not really created. This is a bug with the current beta, accounts appear to be created but are in fact not really. The only way to solve this is to do the following.
1) Open "Terminal" Application located in /Applications/Utilities
2) Enter the following command...
defaults delete com.thinkingcode.Dejumble ONLINE_USERNAME
3) Re-signup via dejumble (not sign in).

Dejumble beta 1.2.b7 - Sync Edition ReleasedCaution! This version may contain many bugs, use at your own risk!!
Back up your dejumble_runtime.xml file located at (HomeFolder)/Library/Application Support/Dejumble. You can roll back to Beta 1.2.b5 if this version proves to be to unstable.
Download it here.

Account setup instruction availible here.
http://www.dejumble.com/mac/docs/sync...
Once signed up for a Dejumble.com account, you will have to select which groups sync across multiple devices. To do this select the "Groups" preference pane, then select the group to sync and select "Synchronize with dejumble.com". You will then need to do a save (COMMAND-S) or close and reopen the Dejumble window.
Please post any issues to this thread.

We trying to stay away from releasing to much information regarding our timeline, however here is a basic look (sync timeline).
Done: Internally tested and works 95%
Today: Release new beta build to beta testers.
End of week: Release public beta of Dejumble for Mac with sync enabled.
Early next week: Submit sync update to App Store (takes approx. a week to go live).
When we release the iPhone sync update to the App Store, the sync feature will be considered "Beta".
Hope this helps.

Dejumble for iPhone 1.0.4 submitted to App StoreDejumble for iPhone 1.0.4 submitted to App Store. Expect it once approved by Apple.
This update address issues with crashing that some users have experienced with 1.0.3. Organizational support for tags is added to this update as well. It's not complete, however now users can browse through tags similar to the way one can browse groups. To insure that tagging works as expected, tags should be seperated by ", ".
For example...
"Home, Urgent, UI, Bugs" is an appropriate tag line.
"Home,Urgent,UI,Bugs" will cause the whole tag line to be read as one tag.
Syncing is still our main concern and is nearing completion. Please accept our apology as this feature is taking longer then expected.

allan replied on August 25, 2008 02:39 to the question "Ghost Tasks" in Thinking Code Software Inc.:
Still not sure what is happening. Is there a search in the top search field, if so hit the X to the right of the search to clear it out. Also if you use the key combo COMMAND-SHIFT-D a debug window will pop up. From their you will be able to inspect and see if the task is really their or not ("Selected Task Stats" tab).
Also in the debug window, if you select the "Smart Groups" tab and click on the "All" item in the first section list. Below that list their will be a section entitled "Predicate for smart group" make sure the only options are as show in the picture below.

allan replied on August 24, 2008 03:47 to the problem "Deleted tasks keep on being listed" in Thinking Code Software Inc.:
I have a couple questions that should help get this bug resolved.
1) Has this issue also effected version 1.2.b5 (latest)?
2) Do the tasks belong to groups that are sync with iCal?
3) Is it a result of tasks showing up in different smart groups?
4) Upon restart of Dejumble, does the task go away?
As previously mentioned (by the way, lots of thanks goes to oneblessedguy for all his support!), You can open the debug window and check to see if the task is truly deleted or not. It should show/not show in the "Selected task stats" tab. This tab will also let you inspect all your tasks to see if their are any extraneous tasks that shouldn't be still hanging around. To get to the debug window use the key command. COMMAND-SHIFT-D when dejumble is active.
