Hi nolimits71. We've provided a special debug version to some of the users experiencing this specific problem. If you would like to be one of the test users as well, we would love to send you the test version in order to help resolve the problem. This version allows you to send anonymous debug information.

The problem cannot be reproduced on any "clean" install of Firefox, so (unfortunately) we're still not sure, what plugin or past-installed plugin could be causing the conflict. If you'd like to get the debug version, please drop us an email via http://linkool.biz/contact

Hi guys. We think, we've figured it out. But, would love to have your help in confirming this. We believe the problem, you have been experiencing, is being caused by one/multiple outdated DNS servers.

We'd like to ask you, if you could test the following and report the results back to us:

- Go to: http://addon.juiceapp.com/ping.jsp (what does it show)
- Ping www.juiceapp.com (what IP does it show)
- Ping addon.juiceapp.com (what IP does it show)
- Test text drag & drop in Juice (I know, this sounds obvious, but results may be different today)

Actually; we already have this implemented (if I understand it correctly). You can change the default Firefox searchbox to Juice at any time (click on the icon in the searchbox, most likely Google's "G" and select Juice). This will only trigger a search in Juice.
