That's one mighty big list; thanks for sharing! We're keeping track of the 'evil' plugins that are messing with our sombrero dude. We'll post back if we find the culprit. – Thijs Jacobs, on November 04, 2008 15:40

Hi! I'm sure Juice is not mocking you; it may just be a little bit confused by another plugin preventing it from working.
I hope you won't mind answering these questions, so we can try to find a solution for you: Does a Google search (using the search box) render any result in Juice? Have you tried right-clicking on your text selection and selecting the "Search Juice..." option from the context menu?

Dear henko. We're working on a really neat solution, which will help you navigate multiple results/meanings, while (at the same time) we still try to figure out, what term you were actually looking for. Cannot share too much about that yet, but in the mean time, we hope you'll enjoy our current release.

Thijs Jacobs replied on November 04, 2008 14:55 to the problem "Issue installing Juice with French version of Firefox 3.0.3" in Linkool Labs:
Hi! We're not aware of any problems with international versions of Firefox. Just to be sure, we're talking about the same thing: did you see that message before ( clicking the install button on our website) or after (going through the "allow", "install" & "restart" Firefox procedure) installing Juice?
In the first care (before installation), could you try revisiting our website at juiceapp.com? We made some changes to our website. If you're seeing a red "Sorry" button and you're certain you're visiting the site with Firefox 3, it might be another plugin blocking the browser version detection script used by our website.
Let us know, so we can provide additional assistance! And thanks for your time.

Hi guys! We're very sorry to hear you encountered a problem while using our plugin. I can promise you however, that we're looking into it!
Our tests show, that this problem pops up when using Juice in conjunction with (very specific) other plugins. It would help us, if you could share with us, which other Firefox plugins you are using.
Thijs Jacobs replied on November 04, 2008 14:34 to the question "what does MAGIC button do? it's usually disabled in my interface." in Linkool Labs:
Hi! The Magic menu is the place, where we show all the rich content discovered by our application. Not all keywords have rich results and some still need to be learned by the system, which is when you would encounter a disabled Magic menu.
Keep an eye out for the message "Learned a new keyword! Show me"; this message indicates that Magic will be available the next time you search for the same keyword. Or go to the Magic menu directly by clicking on the message itself.
