Hi,

I can't copy the error but it reads ... "The administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". There is no error number. The message is coming from the Windows Installer.

I am using IE7. I am on my own pc, not work. My windows firewall is turned off. We do have Macafee protecting the machine. I turned off it's firewall and tried to download and it still gave me the same message.

If you need more info, let me know.

Why can't I download the sidebar?
I can't download the sidebar. The error reads something like ... the administrator has set settings to prevent this download. I am the administrator. What setttings would prevent this download?? I have never seen this error message before.
