Tags are also used to make the Related Posts Plugin work. The RPP can dramatically reduce your bounce rate if you used good tags.

gmail auto refresh causing fake activity.
I left gmail up as the main window running when I left my computer. RescueTime counted that I was on gmail for 22 hours that day. I now don't know how much time I really spent on gmail.
