Hello Geoff,

Just want to advise you to don't purchase hot pets, when like 5-10 owners could buy the pet at the same time even if you don't see it.

When you click on the buy button, there is an alert who say you, be careful the pet's price changed, but if you wait few seconds, during that time, some owners could have bought it, but your page will not be automaticaly updated, then if you push on the buy you will buy the pet to the max price but not the one shown on your screen.

You took the risk to buy a hot pet, so we can't refund you the cash about that ...
I'm sorry about that, but it's same for all.

By the way i wish you to find a new owner of your pet, you will earn more benefits for it.

Please can you do this 2 things here :

x Install the last update for your browser,
x Choose English UK for language in facebook settings.

If you still have few times bugs, please refresh the page and wait to full load the page by waiting to have a friend lighting.

It's working same if you have bug sometime with the buy button.

Hello Pierre, no there is no special interest for that, it's just the real rule for NFS pets, if your owner or you, you want to stay with your owner, it's the real rule in FFS to be NFS.

NFS is a rule invented by players, but anyone if he want to buy a NFS pet, can. We can't do anything to ask someone to don't do it.

So locked by owner/pet is same of NFS but the official rule.

Hello Zoran, to see who put you on admirer, just go in your FFS home page.

Go in the bottom of the page and see the Wishlist section, click on "Sea all" on the right.

It open a new page and then just click on "My Admirers".

You will see all players as you wanted :-)

Hello Jo, mods and helper are real people who can live and are not here always in their time. Sorry if we wasn't here when you sent the message...

So if you want to have the cash lost refund, please you need to open a ticket in the community portal :

Click on Community (on the top of this page)
Click on Contact a Helper (for individual assistance) (on the right of the page)
And click on Submit a Ticket.

You will need to fill a formulary about what's happened.
You can add a screen with the feed of the pet, and a helper will reimburse you of the cash lost when the previous owner put your pet on sale even if he was't the owner.

Helper will be able to reply to your ticket tomorow.

Hello Anthony, to fix it, just go in your facebook account settings, and just put your gender to male.

You maybe put it at beginning with couple settings, so if you put only male it will be good.

You just can do 100 chores per day, and you can't do more.

So if you have 50 pets, you can put them on work 2 times per day, if you have 100 pets, i can do it only 1 time per day.

It's better to put them on work with some energy instead of put them on work 10 times per day when they just have 10 or 20 points of energy ...

Just remember only 100 chores per day.

Ok Nando, the pokes are visible same as the chores, in your news feed in your home page, and to the one who recieved the poke, it can be seen in the home page of the pet like for you :-)

I agree with you that the pokes could been again in the ffs wall but it's done like that ...
