It's pretty frustrating that when I decide to pay I can no longer debug my app via the free sandbox minutes. How do I get those back? Or am I just stuck spending money for every test?

The invite and activate emails use an extra slash that break the links. So people have to go in and tweak the address bar to get access to your site. For example, the email says things like this:

http://tweetbots.com//signup

which won't work with the extra slash.
