I just wondered why Sandy replies with a bunch of information when you send the "hi" command...
Are there any plans to support mobile access / SMS reminders in other countries than the US and Canada?

Hi,
thanks, but my question was about some other behaviour. If I send a lookup command via Twitter I get back exactly one item "First result". And I get a mail with the complete list of items.
I would prefer that Sandy twitters back _all_ results to be able to view and edit them via my mobile.

Update: When I send a lookup message to Sandy I get exactly one item back. How can I check the complete list of items for a single day or keyword? If I want to update an item on the fly I currently can do this only if Sandy has it on her list as the first response. The rest is unavailable via Twitter.

you also can see that the > character is removed, which I use frequently. Up to now I am using "quotes" to make the subject arrive correctly at Sandy's site.

Hi,
I thought to have read that you do not have to send "update" commands separately in a mail. But today I send this:
update 3 @done @archive
update 4 1/2/10
update 6 @done @archive
update 7 @done @archive
update 8 @done @archive
update 9 27/2 9am-1pm
update 10 @done @archive
update 11 @done @archive
and got: items 3, 4, 9 were updated and the rest stayed as it is...

Is it expected that Sandy responds to my mailbox when sending a twitter message via IM? I do not get any response if I do so, f. e. via my mobile, but I can view the results when I login to my mailbox next time.
Since you do not yet provide mobile access to Sandy's website nor support my mobile carrier (T-Mobile Germany) I would rather like to use the Twitter interface to communicate with Sandy when I am not on the computer.

Regardless of what I set up in the Settings, Sandy starts on the "Welcome page" for me. I would prefer to jump to the Daily Digest after the login.

Sandy uses a week range from sun to sat as it is usual in the US. I would like to see an option for to set up the week from mon to sun ("europe option"). And furthermore: when displaying my weekly digest, Sandy states that it is the digest for (f. e.) 2/10 to 2/16 (sun to sat), but also lists items scheduled for 2/17...
