I just messaged @ev @biz @jack that I'd do some external social media consulting for them to help show them how to respond better to customer issues and have a better public image. Status.twitter.com still has no updates about this, and no one has responded here yet. I mean they fixed mine, but still... not cool? Twitter please communicate with us here eh?

My account is back. No reasoning given for the glitch yet, but it seems that in total at least 3 people were banned. Figuring that there were more, but that they haven't noticed yet.

I feel slightly troubled by the response time and honestly do wish that I could pay for Twitter and expect a higher level of turnaround and reponsiveness.

At least I'm back.

I went to log in and my account has been deleted. I can't view my account anymore. I am unable to reinstate the account with my email address. I am not a spammer, but a normal community member/user. I have no idea what I did. Help?
