mybloglog.com Community Page RSSthe community points to my blogspot.com site and I added the RSS[Atom] feed link. It gave me results several weeks ago. These results have not updated or changed. Why does yahoo sites have so many problems with RSS? I used to blog with yahoo 360 and the FEEDS on the page rarely work.
Please fix this feature it is very important to keeping mybloglog.com community fresh and in the loop.

It seems this post here got the attention of someone from Yahoo UK. I received a request from Yahoo Answers to explain why I may have been suspended. I posted the same response in my email from above. I then was contacted again. The reply said after review of my account that someone made a hasty decision on two of my posts. My account was released from suspension. Thank you Yahoo Answers. Problem resolved.

Wesley replied on June 23, 2008 12:00 to the question "Lost and Confusedf in Texas" in Winamp:
I still prefer winamp over any other media player and believe me am picky about internet site functions, software, useability, ease of use and more. It plays my music and my library, let's me browse and rip songs from mp3blogs, has the best codecs for sound playback including Thompson mp3pro.
Also, recently found that it burns cds hella fast and with the best sound so far.
I have paid a one time fee for lifetime subscription to the full monty winamp package.
Regarding your thoughts about broadcasting through the internet to all your friends, it is part of the nullsoft package of software clients and the winamp outsource, SHOUTCAST. Another similiar product based on same open source is ICECAST.
Find a winamp plug-in and with a short form that is some very limited bandwidth, and the download of SAMS Broadcast
er [Freeware version may have different name for one channel broadcast but same manufacturer.].

Please reply to my discussion post?I posted yesterday here in Yahoo forum at getsatisfaction.com. Would someone on this yahoo site please respond?

Suspended without feedback? This must happen often but if you look for my dialogue history both at Yahoo Answers and here at getsatisfaction.com, it is apparent I engage well. I am a good advocate of knowledge and was surprised some months, well, almost a year ago, when my ANSWERS account froze and I received a simple response that some action on my part violated Yahoo Answers terms of service.
I have occasionally resent a request to be considered as a participant again and a request for detail of my specific violation. I do not know if it was my content or an interaction. Either one does not really fit my mold and have wondered for what was the suspension.
If anyone could provide guidance and inquire and advocate on my behalf for detail, that would settle my bewilderment and be satisfactory.

A comment on the problem "Where's the RSS?" in BlogRovR:
I am going to wrap my head around this because I like the sound of BlogRovR's BUZZZ!! My submitted sites are mostly mp3blogs and if I visit iTunes and am searching for the Killers or Justin Timberlake or Blondie and if my submitted mp3blogs have that rich content or tagged with those names, the pop-up will enable and show me the related post? Think i get it now, Jean. – Wesley, on June 19, 2008 19:37

Wesley reported a problem in BlogRovR on June 19, 2008 18:42:
Where's the RSS?I consider myself a WEB 2.0 savvy user and able to go deep quickly when new features, products, and gadgets appear in the medium. I have a knack for choosing ALL STARS and brand loyalty. I was greatly anticipating BlogRovr in FLOCK from the mozilla feedback. Instead, I am puzzled by the "brick wall" that keeps me from going deep into functions of BlogRovr. Pop-up widgets updating content from RSS/ATOM feeds when I am onlne browsing with FLOCk is not intrusive if the content is current and rich from my selected blogs. I created a large index of mp3blogs on the user's start page at BlogRovr home. Instead, besides the start page listing an index: WHERE is the content? AND when does the pop-up appear? If it waits till I visit the blog, what is the point? Most of the time, even if blogrovr is enabled nothing happens or if a pop-up appears the content is extremely dated, not crisp!! My blog is the only site I visit that blogrovr consistently appears in pop-up but the content is very dated. So what is BlogRovr supposed to do? I quickly embraced and included the site in website Q&A's questions about RSS readers and now I feel those recommendations are as disappointing as a result. Is this dysfunction unique to me and perhaps a problem with my PC configuiration?
Want to hear from BlogRovr and other user's too.

Wesley replied on June 19, 2008 17:48 to the idea "Feature Request: Site User's Tally of submitted products, companies?" in Get Satisfaction:
I read two sides from Scott and Eric and agree somewhere in the middle. A frenzy of robotic activity can create lots of content but is it rich. I come from a quality-control career as a hairstylist in the past. When I am online and put my face, or avatar here and everywhere I network, it is with due respect for this media being a collective conversation. It can challenge, it can be fun and we should look for ways of expanding the "square feet". So with quality, I will not leave a submitted site without good coverage of topic, product and company because I like to follow with a well phrased invite to claim. Not for glory, just follow up which I know is your forte.
I recently submitted a company but after submitting the first page of information, really regretted not creating a better url : just a bit more concise and compact. Hopefully, url address established by submitters can be managed by company's claim.
thanks for being a great service and my newest online obsession.
