I agree with you, Steve. I understand the need to limit free accounts, but why not let paying education customers have features like doc import, mobile edition access, or enhanced stats/tracking? There is currently no additional upgrade I could even buy as an education customer to get these features, which is frustrating!-

Sorry, I think I didn't state my actual question correctly. I am really asking about the difference between the Basic Wiki and the Basic Education Wiki. The help says that the Basic Wiki has unlimited users but the Basic Education is capped at 100. Is this because of the Classroom Accounts feature associated with the Education Accounts? I'm just curious why the two "basic" accounts have different user limits?

Tim asked a question in PBwiki on April 11, 2009 20:32:
Basic Plan User Limit? What is the user limit for Basic Plans? Under the academic pricing page it says there is a 100 user limit, but the business pricing page does not indicate any such limit. Is there actually a difference between the free plan offered through the academic vs. business sections of the site?
Thanks!

Tim asked a question in PBwiki on April 09, 2009 00:58:
Video Upload through Fliqz Fails Every TimeI have never been able to successfully upload a video (no matter what size) through Fliqz. It says uploading video at first, but then suddenly stops and I get the following error message (every time):
I'm sorry, but we couldn't find what you were looking for.
The script /video_fail.php no longer exists.
While normally you can create a new page just by linking to it, there may have been something about the page name that our system didn't like, such as an unexpected period or slash. Try going back to the referring page and removing these odd characters and then trying again.
If you're convinced you shouldn't be seeing this message, please contact support and let us know how you got here.
Any ideas what might be happening here? I've had this same exact issue using Firefox, IE, and Safari.
Thanks,
Tim

I'd like to bump this request back up on the list. I am also a teacher and would be very interested in a way to view all activity on a per-user basis. I would like to see all of a user's edits and comments across ALL pages. This would be invaluable for assessment purposes since I am encouraging my students to collaborate and work together on all areas of the wiki.
Having this sort of report would provide evidence not only for the teacher but the student as well. The student could pull up their report and self-assess regarding their level of participation in the wiki experience and make adjustments as needed. Even if this was a premium feature, it would be well worth the upgrade cost for me (the way the system is currently set up makes it very difficult/cumbersome to get a good picture of a student's level of participation over time).
Thanks!-

I think Moja might be referring to the "Insert Images and files" menu when in the edit mode on a page. All images and files are mixed together with no way to separate them out to make it easier to organize large numbers of images (such as his "administrative images"). I expect this to be a problem as well since I am uploading a large number of specific images I want my students to use for different projects. The problem is that when the students try to insert an image they get a huge list with no apparent way to sort, organize, or search the image bank? The students must scroll through this lengthy list and recognize the correct filename (and it appears they are displayed by upload date and not alphabetically) or hover the mouse over each file to get a preview - very time consuming! Am I missing something? Thanks!
