I would like to expand on the lack of detailed billing issue that cost me lots of money. I purchased a Blackberry for a trial run. I knew I had 30 minutes or 30 days to try the unit out. I kept all calls short knowing this. I take the phone back coming to the realization that this is way too much phone for me and I am not interested in investing the time it’s going to take to learn how to use this thing. Rogers says I passed the 30 minute rule in the first 2 days. No way I knew, and asked for the print out. They say they can’t give me one. Let me go on line to see this I say. They say you can’t. Lady writes the minutes down on a piece of paper and gives it to me saying I used 35 minutes the second day I had the phone. I am not impressed with a process that does not hold people accountable, ie, documentation.
