Hello,

I just downloaded Flickr Uploadr for Mac (I have OS X 10.4.11) and am not able to upload anything with it. When I drag photo files (either from the iPhoto window directly or the files themselves from a folder), the 'drag and drop' Uploadr screen shades red, and the photos show up just as little yellow warning signs with an exclamation point in them. There's no option to upload.

I'm sure I just have a setting wrong or something, but can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
