What is with the incessant holds and delays?
I got a refund three days ago. It says "completed" for quite some time, but no credit as of yet in my PayPal account. I suspect once it actually DOES show up in my PayPal account, it will take another lengthy amount of time for it to be transferred back to my bank account. Why all the delays? It's really frustrating.
