I'm in a serious situation with my client over our inability to get to the product backlog, I've sent multiple emails to support@adsdevshop.com with no response. Can you please allow me to get my data out? (subdomain: powerupdev)

update billing card still prompts for card after updateHi guys, I'm being prompted to update my credit card which makes sense because my credit card was cancelled, but I can't seem to successfully update with a new card. It keep prompting me over and over to enter a new card.

Scrum'd is great for sneaking in scrum.I have a client in a non-technical domain who is overworked and not really ready to sit down and give two seconds of thought about scrum. What Scrumd has allowed us to do is explain to her to add new items she needs done to the product backlog, and from there I'll assign store points to the stories and then we can have a planning meeting where she can allocate so many points of stories to a particular sprint. She didn't know anything about sprints, story points, product backlog or event that she is the product owner but she's doing everything well even better than some customers who I've explained scrum too, and the reason is that scrum'd is constraining her into a scrum workflow.
Kudos.
A comment on the problem "How do you add new product backlog items to an already in progress Sprint?" in Atlantic Dominion Solutions:
That sounds good Robert, I think locking down the sprint backlog from additions by the product owner is a good idea. As the scrummaster how do I unlock the sprint? From the project planning tab, I select the release that the sprint is in, and then drill down to the sprint I want to unlock, I see the lock icon for the sprint, but the lock icon is not clickable, is the sprint unlocked somewhere else? – Tim Case, on March 31, 2009 18:07

How do you add new product backlog items to an already in progress Sprint? How can I add sprint tasks to sprint that is already in progress? We discovered some tasks weren't as hard as we thought and now would like to take on some more tasks from the product backlog and put them in the current sprint. It appears that I can't drag and drop any more tasks from the product backlog into this already started sprint, and I notice that there is a lock icon on the sprint leading me to believe the sprint is closed to modification.

Adding sprint tasks from spring backlog and maybe get rid of the sprint planning tabIt sort of feels like that Spring Planning and Spring Backlog want to be condensed into one tab where you can both add new sprint tasks as well as change their status. Sure, I add tasks during spring planning, but as I work on the user stories I realize I need to add more sprint tasks, going to a separate tab to do this seems unnecessary.

Drag and Drop sorting of sprint tasksI'd love to be able to drag and drop sort sprint tasks in both the sprint planning and sprint backlog

Scrum'd is easy to explain to customers.Scrumd makes things simple and easy to explain to my customers. So far I prefer this to pivotal tracker which allows to much customization.

Total estimated hours for all sprint tasks in a sprint backlogI'd like to see a total for total estimated hours for all sprint tasks in a sprint backlog

Actual time worked on a sprint task should be more visibleI'd like to be able to see actual time worked on sprint tasks somewhere besides the burndown chart.

Dragging and dropping backlog items is awkward with long production backlogsDragging and dropping product backlog items into sprints is awkward when you have a long list of backlog items and you want to drag a backlog item from the bottom to a sprint that is way at the top. I suggest a dropdown with sprints and an add to sprint button for moving product backlog items to a sprint
