Found the log. We have been keeping track when the router doesn't switch back to Carousel and the log says it did send the command to switch back. Does tightrope software check to see if the switch actually occurred? Is the problem with the router or Tightrope?

Channel not switching back to carousel

We have an intermittent problem with both our channels. When a show is done our Sierra Router is not going back to carousel. It's hard to keep track how often it happens because when the next show plays everything is back to normal. It's not one specific show or channel, just randomly happens. Is there a log I can check to see if there are an errors? We recently updated to the latest version of software on all the machines but it did not fix this situation. We have a Cablecast Pro and two CG250's.

Have you deleted the cache folder on the machine that was having the issue? For our setup it located here: (D:\TRMS\CarouselDisplayEngine). I would assume yours is located in the same place, unless you have a totally different setup than ours.
We have had similar issues with things not updated correctly and this usually solves something like this.

After submitting a trouble ticket we solved this problem. As usual Joe from support came through with a solution, we just had to delete the cache folder on the machine that was having the issue. (D:\TRMS\CarouselDisplayEngine).

Yes, one of our CG250's does have a Creative Design installed on it, but not this one. This CG250 is the basic one.

No, when I go to make a new one it uses the old backgrounds. I even deleted any old ones and made a new one but it still uses the old background. The other CG250 does have the new graphics.

Old weather backgrounds on one machine

We recently upgraded to 5.2.6 with the new weather options. The new backgrounds are great but they are only available for one of my carousel CG250's (all zones), the other CG250 still has the old backgrounds. All the machines (Cablecast Pro and the two CG 250's) were upgraded to 5.2.6. Why is this and how can I make it so both CG250 machines use the same weather backgrounds?

How can I delete the clock background? I just want a digital clock in it's own zone without a background, this background less zone is placed over another zone.
