You can have TinyGrab move/remove the file after uploading by accessing this in the preferences: http://grab.by/L96
TinyGrab however is not intended for clipboard use with your screenshots.

I was not able to replicate this issue, perhaps you weren't using .jpg? – Timi, on November 09, 2009 22:43

TinyGrab is designed to recognize jpg, I will be testing this right now. – Timi, on November 09, 2009 22:39

This patch should do the trick.
Quit TinyGrab
Patch TinyGrab
Relaunch TinyGrab
It should no longer be in the dock.

For now this must be done manually. I have made you a short, simple screencast on how to do so.

A comment on the question "Uploading to Personal Server: Not happenin'" in TinyGrab:
It's not verifying the path on the server. 'ls' is just used to test that it can connect. It could technically find ls on your mac if you put it in the root folder, but that still won't help. Test is not going to test the path. Only an upload will.
Definitely try the character substitution fix. Any special characters such as @ or " or ' or \ and so on that are in either your password or username for FTP, change them to the hex value. – Timi, on November 09, 2009 02:44

Try switching the @ symbol to %40
This is a really stupid bug that I'll have fixed for the next version – Timi, on November 08, 2009 20:28

Timi replied on November 07, 2009 16:32 to the question "Syncing deleted grabs?" in TinyGrab:
Currently you can't. Just let them disappear into the abyss, there's only five visible.
You can however find your entire history in
~/Library/Application Support/TinyGrab/History.txt
and ~/Library/Application Support/TinyGrab/History_Long.txt
Deleting the line there will take it out of the menu the next time you upload something, but that's a round about way to do that. I shall look into something for having a synced history.
