I believe the issue to be the download itself. I had a similar situation when trying to install Google Chrome. They created a small executable that does the actual installation, however it was not able to download the installation program because I could not enter my un/pw to allow it access to the net.

Google created a stand alone installation file. See these forums - http://www.googlechromeboard.com/post...

I'm confident that this is the issue in this case also. Now that being said we are looking to deploy this to our helpdesk for productivity measurements, and if that happens we would engage our IT department to get the approvals needed to install and they would handle any proxy issues at that point.

This did not fix the issue for me. I belive my issues is the proxy is blocking access.

I am behind a proxy server. I attempted to install again this morning, and I received the same error. Is there an alternate installer I can use?

Can you disable the privacy option?
Is there a way to disable the privacy option? I am looking at using this software for productivity tracking of employee and if the privacy can disable tracking the software is limited.

Any hints on how to resolve this issue? I see a note that the issue was resolved, but nothing noted other than an email link. Any help would be appreciated.
