Tina's dashboard

Whenever I want to reply to or favorite any tweets on my homepage (or delete any of my own from my homepage or profile), the little action icons only show up at the very top of all the tweets, and they do not work for any tweet except the top one.

i changed my background and photo today, but i don't see how that wouldhave anything to do with it...does anyone know what could be wrong?
