When inserting a small (6kb) jpg picture into an Excel 2007 pie chart, the system freezes. It requires a hard power off to recover. The user is on a roaming profile. His "my documents", "my pictures" and "my music" have all been redirected to a network drive. The problem is intermittent, involving 5 of 15 students in a class.

The sequence is usually this: Create a pie chart, click Insert, Picture. Navigate to the folder where the picture is stored. Select one picture. Click OK. At this point, the picture either is inserted into the pie chart, or the system freezes.
