Trond Kjetil replied on December 30, 2008 00:58 to the problem "RSS feed formatting" in OtherInbox:
I still have this problem. It first appeared December 16, with a message from a advertisment agency. After that, 10 messages properly formatted, then another message that is broken (December 17, from a book centered social network). After that, 11 properly formatted messages, then one broken one (December 18, from a airline company).
23 proper ones, two broken. 9 proper ones, one broken. Three proper ones, one broken. Seven proper ones, and the rest, from December 24. and to this date, every message is broken.
All the broken messages were from different senders.
As stated, this problem applies only to the RSS feed, the messages displays fine in the webmail client.
Trond Kjetil replied on December 29, 2008 03:07 to the question "create a cd with songs from spotify" in Spotify:
Yes, in the future you should be able to do it, although your price estimate is a little bit off. When you right click on a song, you can see an option that gives you the ability to buy the song from an online vendor. As of now, it is not available on every song, and the only vendor is iTunes.
I just hoping that Spotify gives me the opportunity to use other music vendors than iTunes, and adds a lot of different vendors, indie ones (like emusic.com) as well as big ones like iTunes and Amazon.
Maybe even the ability for really indie people that sells music from their own website to be able to access the API and sell through Spotify. That would be truly awesome;)
On a related note, I believe I've read in an online publication that Spotify might start to sell music in the future. I can't recall where I read that, so I can't really be quoted on that. It would, however, make sense, as it would be simpler for the user to be able to buy music directly through Spotify instead of being sent to a third party. It would make sense for Spotify too, as then they can make a profit from the sale, instead of sending the profit to a third party.

Mark message as read in a feed readerThe title says it all, I want a way to mark a message as read from within my feed reader. Maybe with a java-script-link in a footer, or maybe as a generated image that marks the message as read if the image is loaded (like the way a lot of spam works).
Or even in a completely different way.
Thank you:)
Trond Kjetil reported a problem in OtherInbox on December 29, 2008 02:32:
RSS feed formattingFor some reason, the formatting of the message inside an RSS feed is not working.
After a while of using Google Reader to read through the messages I get through OI, the messages' formatting suddenly stopped working.
Now, instead of formatting the message with HTML, it displays the HTML code. This makes the messages very hard to read.
Anyone else with this problem?-

Wouldn't this be a lot more expensive than buying oi.com? Buying an entire TLD, I mean. – Trond Kjetil, on December 12, 2008 12:54-

I think this is a great idea.
This can be more or less divided into two problems:
1: persuading the radio channels into making playlist with the featured artists every week
2: getting the featured artist in question to put their song(s) on Spotify (maybe in cooperation with the radio channel).
Spotify seems to have a little trouble getting new and/or obscure artists, and this could be a good way of getting traction in this field.-
