Dude you have it easy, you see I was bloody framed, the facebook people say someone reported me using sexually explicit messages which is pathetic and untrue. God this makes me bad, this makes my reputation tumble. I am a good person and don't deserve this defamation of my character. I have sent multiple emails and they say this decision is final.

Ok! I have had it with this crap. I just got a bull Shi* message from some senior bum official at Fb and this is what they had to say
Hi Tom,
I am a senior member of the User Operations team at Facebook and your
situation has been escalated to me for further investigation.
Your account was disabled because we received reports from other users
about sexually explicit messages being sent from your profile. After
reviewing the content of the report, we removed your profile from the
site.
Facebook has a zero tolerance policy regarding sexually explicit
content on the site. Users who upload pornographic content or solicit sexual
favors from other users on the site are immediately disabled. Since
you violated our Terms of Use by engaging in this type of behavior, you
will not be able to regain access to your account.
Thanks,
Candace

This is ridiculous, I want the freakin evidence now, this has gone too far. I want a law suit, isnt this defamation of my character. I have never had any sexually explicit material on my account. How dare they accuse me of this ludicrous accusation.

Hey HLB Engineering, I agree with your breech of contract thing 100%. My account was disabled 3 weeks ago for what FB deems violation of the terms of use. I never did anything wrong. Do you know of any law or case that I can demand FB to reveal the information that got my account disabled. I am also looking for a way to sue facebook.

Hey, everyone, this is to the people who got their FB account disabled just like me. We are most likely not going to get our accounts back. Mine has been disabled for 3 weeks now. I have sent them numerous emails and they only reply with a general message with the only difference being the name of the customer service representative. I think FB doesn't give a crap about us people. They have no contact information, never can be reached and just don't care.

Tom McPeek asked a question in Facebook on November 29, 2007 03:57:
how to get facebook account backHi, about mid way through Thanksgiving Break I tried to log on to my facebook account and they gave me a message that my account had been disabled. I know I did not violate any of the terms of use. I don't have 5000 friends or belong to 200 groups. I have sent so many numerous emails but they say the same thing. All the message says is that your account has been disabled for poke reasons, harassment, etc. Then the name of the customer service rep. I get the same message back every time with a different customer service rep. name. I have a security clearance so my employer would have done something if I had something bad on my account. I am not a bad person just a regular college kid. I want my account back and was wondering what can be done, and if that Thor guy can help. Any legal action I can take-
