I reported this problem and just assumed that my request for help would go into the vast internet bit bucket - never to be heard form again.
To my amazement, I receive a response in less than an hour telling me that my problem was being investigated and I was asked for some more information.
Within a couple of days I had been given two or three circumventions and two software versions to test.
I have been in the IT software and networking business for over thirty years and this type of response is very rare.
I can tell you that I m completely impressed with the quality and the speed at which my problem was fixed.
Not only that but Balsamiq Mockup for Desk Top is an amazing product.

I have this same problem on a MS Vista machine.
When I have some more time I will try the appl on a XP machine to see if the problem gos away. -
