Excellent idea. This is one of the most pressing needs today.
Look at http://open.spotify.com/artist/3EgMK9... for instance. The biography is about the Japanese band Boris, but all the albums are either German technopop or Russian crooner music.
There are many other (though none as extreme as is the case with Boris) examples, for instance Aphex Twin and The Ocean.
