It may be that I'm not an administrator then as I only have access to change my own settings rather than add new people to the project.

Thanks, It seems as though you have to be a member of Rendezview already though - what if you want to add a new member to a project who doesn't have a Rendezview login?

I found it a bit awkward to use if you were setting the meeting up after the event as a place to store documents. Also had issues with updating agenda after I created the meeting and the meeting had passed. Would be good to have ability to have ability to edit agenda post meeting as well as before.

When creating agenda from templates, would be good to be able to reject the template as a whole after you've created it rather than having to delete or edit each item at a time.

Either this or tick box against each agenda item with a drop down for 'delete selected'
