Add roll-over text in Buzz section

Add roll-over/pop-up text for tweets under a Web site's Buzz section.

Right now, some tweets are abridged so much that users can see only a few words and the short URL.

Trimming the messages that much makes the section about 75 percent useless, unless you're using Firefox and a URL lengthening extension or script.
