Todd, I'm not with HP. I'm the community manager at Get Satisfaction.
Anyone on Get Satisfaction has 15 minutes to remove or edit their replies.
Please be aware that we don't allow personal attacks or name calling on this site, and we will suspend your Get Satisfaction account if you persist in harassing company reps.

Possibly; HP might want to hire an English speaking American for their responses to Get Satisfaction and their technical support teams. I can barley make out what they are saying. This is America Jack!
If you are reading this... I will put up $100 towards any machine that is not an HP from 9/26/2008 through the end of the year. Please contact me at [private contact info removed] for eligibility. I would love to see everyone with a MAC.

Todd, we ask that customers treat company reps (and other folks) according to our community guidelines, available here: http://getsatisfaction.com/community_...
I think Andrew wants to help, but it's a two-way street. I'll also do my best to help, too, but we ask for a little bit in return.

HP - Looks like you have problems. We would love to love you if you loved us, but your products suck. If you want some positive feedback, how about some cash in return for the products we bought. Maybe we should short your stock rather than waiting for true customer service. PS- if your resellers are not pulling their weight then fire them like I did you.
How do you like them apples Andrew Dickens?

If your shotty company would have taken care of me in the first place I would not be on this forum. Some how you have edited your previous response and it looks like I am the punk. Look, your company, HP, failed to deliver a product and now I am letting the whole world know what a chump of a company you are. It's a wonder people use Macs. – Todd Santoro, on September 26, 2008 03:35

HP should take 2 weeks off then quit!HP is the largest maker of !@#$ products in the world. Do not buy them. I am a designer and have had nothing but problems. I switched to Toshiba and MAC. I wish HP would fall off the face of the earth. They sold me a 3500 computer and a scanjet scanner which is total !@#$. HP flat out sucks.

Mac is my my hero!I am not a mac user but I had the best experience with the Genius Bar. A friend of mine had a 1G iPhone that was put through its paces as he is a construction manager for Abecrombie + Fitch. We went into an Apple store and we were out in 20 mins with a new phone. He even dropped $200 on a new bag b/c he was expecting to drop 3hun on a new phone.
I, as a result have bought an iPhone and a MacPro - I figured I should use a mac since I make my living on the web - www.easyTXTR.com
Cheers to Apple for putting a great customer experience in front of a profit - oh wait they made a profit on me, the new customer!
Todd Santoro reported a problem in Real Property Management on August 12, 2008 14:23:
Real Property Management is not intrested in a positive customer experienceI am a resident in a building that Real Property Management manages and have had a horrendous time trying to give these people money. I was late on a payment 2 months ago and they gouged me for an extra $900 bucks. When I tried to engage them I got no return phone calls, emails, etc... They simply sued me for being less than 30 days late. I own 4 small businesses and this would have never crossed my mind as a course of action against a customer for non payment after 20 days. Furthermore, their accounting department was cashing all of my future checks and not recording them all to just send me back to court.
The thing that really upsets me is that no one from the organization would call me a speak to me as a human being. You can see the tone in the email below:
Todd,
Your payments were not lost or misplaced, they simply, were late or just not paid. Your attached ledger will verify fact.
You may unsubscribe anything that you may have felt beneficial on my or our behalf. The issue here is non-payment of rent which you promised would not happen again after the first eviction notice. We have policies in place and as such, follow the same guidelines with all tenants in regard to non payment.
In order to maintain a positive relationship with RPM on behalf of JDS, the completion of the attached form, along with a voided check copy, sent to our office by August 20, 2008, will suffice.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
