Hi Dave,
The URL for the widget is "currency-converter-igoogle".
I would also like to point out that the Facebook app was developed about a year ago and has been working OK; however, now when you click on its Facebook URL "http://apps.facebook.com/currency-converter/", Facebook doesn't give the option to add the app, instead it tries to redirect the user to the edit your apps screen (editapps.php)
Thanks

Facebook apps and ad complianceHello,
Quick question on Facebook apps and Ad complicance. It looks like when the widget is rendered in Facebook, isAdFriendly is set to false (i.e., do not show ads). Our ads started not to show up in Facebook after implementing the ad compliance code so want to verify that this is the case. If so, any way we can change that and make Facebook apps ad-friendly?
Thanks

Add to Facebook option in Get Widget buttonThere used to be a "add to Facebook" option when users clicked on the Get Widget button that we host to promote our widget. That Facebook icon doesn't seem to be there any more and can't figure out how to add it back. any help is appreciated. thanks

Ad Compliance Code Issue with Remote PagesWe have a number of JavaScript/HTML type widgets; however they mostly contain an iframe tag reffering to a remote page for the widget content such as:
<iframe src="http://www.remotepage.com/widget.php?l=${config.language}&p={config.settings}" height="110" width="100%">
So technically, the widget works like a Remote widget; however the reason we created them as javascript/html widgets is because we wanted to be able to pass config parameters that we define in widgetbox. Remote widgets didn't seem to provide that functionality
We host an ad on the remote widget.php page and we want to make it ad compliant. We installed the script for "Remote Widget" as descriped at "http://docs.widgetbox.com/2009/05/making-your-widget-ad-compliant/"; however this doesn't seem to work. When we implement the script, our ad is not showing up in either "Preview ads off" or "Preview ads on" mode. It may be possible that Remote Widget script is not working since our widget is a JavaScript/HTML widget, yet your JavaScript/HTML ad compliance instructions does not offer a solution for how to toggle ads that reside on a page that is offered through an iframe.
We have a good number of widgets and users affected by this, looking forward to your response.
Thank you

cache policy for blidget / rss feedsWe're planning to give blidget a try and our rss feeds are in fact dynamic pages that are being served up as xml files. Everything works OK on that end. However, we would like to understand what type of cache policy blidget has, if any, when serving our content. Ideally, we would not want the widget access our server for the xml source everytime a widget is displayed somewhere on the internet. That would be too much load on our database and the server. If our source was cached, lets say every 30 minutes, widgetbox would request our source file only 48 times a day, no matter how many times the blidget is displayed, which is good. Can someone please confirm if there is any caching going on or everything is being served as live? just trying to get a sense on the load we should expect. thank you.
