Ability to use facebook comment box with custom domain. It would be awesome if we could add facebook connect's comment box functionality to a tumblelog. It looks like most of what we would need is already in place, with the exception of the cross-domain receiver file. since when using a custom domain, we obviously cannot add this file ourselves, it would be awesome if there was a standard xd_receiver.htm file hosted on tumblr that we could point to. would that even be feasable? thanks!

most recent public posts?would like a public feed of most recent posts from everyone as they roll in, much like soup.io/everyone. radar is nice, but it doesn't update as frequently. or is there another way to find new content on tumblr?-

Remember destination after forwarding to login.I'd really love if that if I clicked on a link that requires authentication (like the follow link, or a profile link), I could be forwarded back to the page I was trying to access after logging in. Would be such a great UX improvement!-

Hoon Park's reply to "Shorten "otherinbox.com"" was just promoted to the most useful! tom and 3 other people think it's one of the best replies.
It's here!
Everyone's email addresses are now a lot shorter!
yourname.otherinbox.com
yourname.oinbox.com
yourname.oib.com
No settings to change. Nothing to add. Just start using them!
All three are completely interchangeable as well, so there's no need to change any email addresses you've already given out. And, if you do change it, the new messages will feed into the same mailbox.
In case you were wondering, all of the 1-character subdomains have already been claimed. Better snap up a 2-character subdomain quick! You may want to visit the Domains page in Settings and add a new domain today!-

tom replied on December 11, 2008 22:04 to the praise "Great, but..." in Soup:
I would agree. A Facebook app would get my soup.io feed a lot more exposure than anything else right now, since that is pretty much where all my friends go for updates on what each other are doing these days. It's nice that Facebook will let you import most things individually already, but I'd much rather have soup.io manage it all for me.

HIde @ replies from TwitterI would like to be able to not have @ replies from twitter published in my friendfeed. Seems like they are not that relevant to anyone who is not involved in the conversation it applies to, so why show it externally? especially when i republish to facebook or some other location, where it becomes even more abstracted.-

Are there ever plans to merge delicious with Yahoo MyWeb?Just wondering, because I love some of the MyWeb features, like the tag suggester (in the bookmarklet).
