Seiously? I have called Comast 15 tiimes! They tell me the same thing, unplug, reset, "Not working? oh We will send out a tech!"
What are they reading from a script?
2 tech have been out and swapped boxes! Neither waited to see if the onDemand icon appeared. They just left. I have another tech coming out Monday night...I guess Comcast's script says send two imposters out first and then send a good tech out the third time.? What is the definition of foolish? Doing the same thing over and over and expect a different result?
Should I tip these techs? Do you think if i paid them more the would do the job correctly? Does Comcast not have any pride in their work? QA process?
My wife thinks I should have go with Verizon FIOS, but No, I wanted to be loyal to Comcast. I must be defining foolish.
I will send you my info in an email.
My prediction, Tech comes out Monday night, switches boxes, walk away and tells me if the onDemand symbol does not appear in 30 minutes, call 1-800-Comcast. Any one want to bet I am right? The past predicts the future.

The box might not be set up properly. You can call 1-800-COMCAST, describe the problem and they will be able to assist you. I can also have my team work to have this resolved. If you send me an email with your account information and a contact number, my team will reach out to you on Monday to the address the problem.
