Hello! I received a really cool Gorrillapod for Christmas and used it once or twice before taking it to Mammoth on a family ski trip in March and when I went to take a photograph and set up the camera one of the legs broke off :(

I am hoping to be able to exchange it for a fully-appendaged model...please advise?

Hello there Joby! My Gorillapod has lost a leg this past weekend while I was setting up a shot at Mammoth Mountain. I am wondering if it's possible to exchange it for another one with all of its appendages? I received my Gorrillapod as a Christmas gift and have grown pretty attached to it. Thank you for your time and for your cool products!
