I think I should contact Freshbook's App page and point them to these posts. This is stupid. I can't see pointing anybody to this poor level of support. The program could be cool, but 6 months for a simple little bug like this - I me COME ON!

How much $$$ after the free trial?

We already are using a system, but it is not perfect. Before I ported all of our clients over to a new system I would like to know how much this would cost, rather than investing a ton of effort into the free trial, just to find out that you wanted our first born child, just to continue.

This product is abondoneware. Warning too all potential customers. DO NOT BUY if you wanted any kind of support.

I am using 2.6.4 now & I just got this problem the other day. Also instead of getting a play button, sometimes it always shows a pause button (although it still works to start the timer).

Since the last update to 2.6.3 I have noticed that Timepost is loosing some of my posts to Freshbooks. This is not acceptable as we bill by the hour this is actually loosing us money.

It seems totally random. I make an entry, get the post notification sound & move on. Later when I go back and check on Freshbooks website I have noticed that not all of my posts have been entered.

Any Ideas?

Using a Mac, OSX 10.5.6, TimePost 2.6.3.

I emailed support again, got a personal reply from Mark - apologizing because they have been busy. He emailed me a fixed version of the program & said that they will be incorporating that fix into the next version.

What awesome customer service!
