This Morning, Enhanced Recovery Coporation, their collection agency, added this criminally illegal collection to mhy TransUnion Report rather than removing it from Experian. How does that lend to the 9th largest Fortune 500 company's Ability to reconcile their mistake? They are the leader in internationa telecommunications and cannot fix this. 1-800-422-0499 is the Executive Office Telly. Complain for me please! Perhaps this is retaliation for telling the truth.

Tom Bostwick reported a problem in AT&T on October 27, 2009 04:53:
Incompetent and Uncaring Executive Staff Tell You Untrue Expectations and only care about THEIR Importance!Mr. R. Stephenson.
Today, continuing from last Wednesday, your staff has denigrated my concerns and appeals to look at my credit bureau report(s) that have fallen at least 100 points due to outdated, previously exonerated, identity theft AT&T accounts in my name. They have made me feel like my concerns, which were negated as trivial, were unworthy of their concern. Most of all, your executive staff acted like Goddesses and made me laughably angry. Because my credit score is a fluid number based on daily adjustments predicated upon historical data, your ignorant staff dismissed my concerns though I was told to call with any further concerns. I realize now, that calling your office which took me six hours to find the number was a joke with incompetent, but explanatory excuses that made absolutely no sense to their original agreements and comments to rapidly fix my quickly deteriorating credit score (762 to 685/671) due to this issue; and finally failed to realize that their correction would not bring it back due again to timing, modeling, and fluidity. I feel like a fool to have expected a kind, PROMPT response from your office and seriously wonder exactly in what capacity do they serve. Having been a Presidential Appointee, in the 80's, I find that your staff is the usual can do, kiss my tutu professional. I hope you are proud of their ambiguous loyalty and self proclaimed importance limited only by their inability to comprehend that any person spending the time I did to even obtain, on my own, their telephone number, must have a serious concern meriting more than their silly, can (not) do procedures. They have done both you and me a major disservice.
Sincerely,
Thomas Bostwick

This issue, resolved in 2007, is now actually a Federal and State crime; however, some people do not realize that they are responsible for their professional actions, or lack thereof, personally. And as many of us know, the disabled and senior citizens receive low priority in the corporate world. AT&T should take responsibility with a can do, follow through attitude; rather than it being another AT&T employees' responsibility. I am the only one who has and will suffer through this issue.
