Right now impediments are bit underused feature and in my opinion it because of lack of email notification. Impediments are notable "events" and every body should have this info "pushed" to their inboxes.

What do you think?

For a temporary work-around you can do following:

1. Export your backlog to CSV and save it as file on disk.


2. Open your Excel 2007


3. From main menu select Data and than "From Text"


4. Select previously saved file


5. In "Import Wizard", step 1 select "Delimited"


6. Step 2: select "semicolon" only.


7. Finish the wizard and place your imported data on new sheet.

Just confirmed it on US-localized machine. This will be fixed shortly.

We're using semicolon deliberately, that is not a bug. Being one of standard CSV (or more precisely DSV) formats, it works well on our testing machines.

Probably this is an issue related to localization. We're working on that and this will be resolved soon.

I'm sorry for such delay in responding. We had some national holidays.

I've tried to reproduce your case on our computers, using Office 2007
Professional on Windows, OpenOffice.org on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Both Excel 2007 and OpenOffice were working as expected.

I'm not sure what can be couse of this problem. Could you provide
a little bit more details on software you're using, ie. Excel version?

Reordering of product backlog should work pretty same way as tasks: just try to drag an item.
When it comes to sprint backlog, we initially thought it's better not to enable sorting, but we're reconsidering this.

Thanks for your report. We have found a bug in sprint backlog burndown. It seems that if tasks were estimated before sprint started, they're not counted in. We have fixed it, but due to our release policy, our servers will be updated at the end of this week.

If this bug is so annoying that you can't wait till Friday, you could try to change start day of this sprint (if it's not overlapping with another one in project).
