Hey Folks,
Thanks for bringing up this important feature - multiple file deletion. We're going to be implementing this feature pretty soon, as well as some other cool file stuff.
Having had to recently delete a lot of files from my own wiki (about 200!) you can bet that I made a big fuss about getting this feature too! :)

Hi tomers- with these issues, what you'll need to do is just go through and delete comments and work. In the future, when you have your wiki back to a blank slate, you may want to tag pages with the word "template". This way when you start classes next year, you can create new pages from the page templates. – Rachel Pennig, on June 03, 2008 16:27

How to delete multiple files at the same time!Hi,
I know how to delete individual files, but, is there any way to delete multiple files at once? I have a very large number of small files that I would like to remove in preparation for next year's class and to delete them one at a time would be extremely time consuming. Tom

Tim: I find that the formatting is horribly preserved when you try to import HTML (which gets to be some very messy markup in PBWiki) into Word. Sure, it works well for a simple collaborative text page, but when you start adding tables and styles the wheels start to come off. Also, there's no easy way to link pages.
Still, your point is well taken - if the html works for you, life is good.
Tim replied on May 30, 2008 17:23 to the question "Wiki to Word document?" in PBwiki:
You know.. Word can open html pages and save them as .doc files...
for 1.0 wikis, you can save out the http://wikiname.pbwiki.com/pagename?r... version of the page...
in 2.0 wikis, use this page: http://wikiname.pbwiki.com/pagename?m...
If there are images, you can save the page as "html complete" in internet explorer to make sure that they get preserved as well..
I've had great luck with this method, hope it works for you as well.

Hey Tom, we had some slowdowns Tuesday and Wednesday that should be resolved now. We've upgraded the capacity of our databases to handle more wikis than ever.
If technical folks want to try to trace potential problems, there is a Yahoo! plugin for Firefox called YSlow (http://developer.yahoo.com/yslow/) that will give you a visual breakdown of why a website is loading slowly. We love feedback on how we can make your experience better!

Slowwwwwww Server?Access to PBwiki seems extremely slow most of the time. It is so slow, in fact, that it often makes it unusable. Is this a common problem? Is it being addressed? Will PBwiki 2.0 be faster? Thanks. Tom

Hello there,
So it sounds like you have one account that you can't log into, and because your email is bouncing you can't reset your password. That is a rock and a hard place!
Probably the easiest way to get in and start evaluating a 2.0 wiki is to set up a new PBwiki account. To do that follow this link
https://secure.pbwiki.com/signup.wiki
1. Make sure you click "use a different email" if it tries to fill one in for you.
2. Choose an email that you know can receive mail!
3. Choose a password
4. Choose a name for your wiki
5. Check the box that says "Yes, please make this a PBwiki 2.0 test wiki"
6. Click the "Create my wiki" button
Now if all goes well, the email address you chose above will work and you should soon receive a link to your new PBwiki 2.0 Beta wiki.

Problem creating a wiki for evaluation.I am trying to start a PB wiki 2.0 wiki for evaluation. The email address that I am registered with apparently has been bouncing back. If I try to use another email address nothing happens and it won't let me use my current email address. How do I create an evaluation wiki?
